Tablification[edit]

Time allowing, I'll "wikitable" the page with thumbnails of the album covers etc. IainP (talk) 22:16, 3 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Alternate Releases[edit]

If it is considered suitable I'd like to add information on the special and limited editions of some of Machine Heads CDs, e.g. Digipack editions, Vinyl releases, Japanese import only editions, etc. --Bigli 21:48, 1 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'd give that a definite "go for it" :) IainP (talk) 11:25, 22 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Merge to band article[edit]

I've removed the "merge suggestion" as 1) it had not been suggested that this article be merged (at least not here) and 2) this information was separate from the band article some time ago in line with other band articles. It allows links to discog info from other band/production member pages without repetition of data IainP (talk) 11:36, 22 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, I wrote the guy who posted the message.... telling him if he wanted to merge these articles... don't just post a discussion tab.... discuss it... it seems he wasn't interested. DMighton 23:57, 22 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Alright, I accept your arguments. My mistake. My suggestion would be: maybe somebody should try to expand the Machine Head article with at least a simple discography. Liathas

The More Things Change[edit]

There is a redirect page, because there's also a song of that name; somebody needs to write an article The More Things Change (album) or remove the brackets that create the redlink. --Orange Mike | Talk 01:56, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Or just add the proper article into the spot.... The More Things Change... ... DMighton 02:32, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Somebody hijacked the disambiguation page; but now there's an article for the album, with the ...; and it's referenced on the disambiguation page, which lacks the ... --Orange Mike | Talk 02:34, 4 December 2007 (UTC) (rock on)[reply]

The 2001 album "Overheard" is not mentioned[edit]

There's no reference to the 2001 album titled Overheard. Unfortunately I don't have the album's data to add it to the table, but I have the music files and there are mentions of the album on the web, so it exists! Ai.unit (talk) 02:08, 19 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

MH's 2001 album is Supercharger. DMighton (talk) 02:18, 19 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
That's another album. There's Supercharger and Overheard released in 2001. You can search for it with your favorite web search engine, or take a look here: https://musicbrainz.org/release/4b2afecd-f151-46a4-89f5-4786fce11cca , for example --Ai.unit (talk) 02:24, 19 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Doesn't exist. Check the band's official discography [1]. DMighton (talk) 03:07, 19 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Update: I found out that "Overheard" was not created by the metal band Machine Head, but by Steven (or Stephen Dewey) who owns a business named Machine Head (at www.machinehead.com), also on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/MachineHeadSoundDesign/info?tab=page_info).. That clears up the confusion regarding the music type of the Overheard album, and the different vocalist voice... --Ai.unit (talk) 03:13, 19 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
