actor[edit]

Note she's in actor categories, not actress cats, see this [1] article for the non-gendered term in normal, unremarkable, mainstream use. Wyss 19:27, 11 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Mother or daughter?[edit]

In 1937, Minter publicly announced to the Los Angeles Examiner newspaper, "Now I demand that I either be prosecuted for the murder committed fifteen years ago, or exonerated completely."

According to the History Channel video about the murder, this was said by her mother, not by Mary. Valetude (talk) 20:46, 19 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The book, A Cast of Killers, by Sidney D. Kirkpatrick mentions a December 1929 article wherein both Mary and Charlotte deny wrongdoing and demand the police make public any incriminating evidence against them. The police admitted they had none and officially cleared the two. Based on this, I'm not sure why Minter or her mother would find the above-quoted statement necessary in 1937. →Wordbuilder (talk) 20:01, 22 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
