A few initial points. This article is huge. I measure over 100kb of pose. Wikipedia:Article size recommends splitting or dividing articles above 100kb. It could also impact on the focus criteria (plus it makes reviewing a huge task). Also the nominator has made no edits to this article.[1] Has the main contributor been notified of this? This could be problematic as I have no idea if the nominator can respond to any potential concerns I might have. I am also weary of reviewing an article of thus size if it is just a drive-by-nom as it could waste a lot of my time if no one responds or can't respond.

FWIW, Wizardman and I both raised the length issue on the talk page two months ago without response from anyone working on the article. I haven't read the whole thing, but I also have trouble imagining that an article of this length can meet the focus criterion. -- Khazar2 (talk) 19:47, 27 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Months ago, the major contributor allowed me to nominate any of their articles for GA. I see no issue with a long article. Thine Antique Pen (talk) 17:15, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Unfortunately myself and two other experienced reviewers do. I am not seeing any justification for this article being this long. I think it would require quite some time and collaboration between yourself and the main contributor to trim it back to a manageable size. That is if you wish to. Not having the green spot does not mean the article is bad, just that some editors don't think it meets the WP:GACR. In this case I think it fails the focus criteria, particularly the "see summary style" link there. You are welcome to take this to reassessment if you feel this failing is unfair.
