I removed Category:Bengali Muslims because:

Category:Bengali Muslim scholars of Islam is in Category:Bengali Muslims

thus Mohammad Akram Khan is already indirectly in Category:Bengali Muslims (via Category:Bengali Muslim scholars of Islam) so does not need to be in it directly. WP:SUBCAT is quite clear on this (with my emphasis here):

an article should be categorised as low down in the category hierarchy as possible, without duplication in parent categories above it. In other words, a page or category should rarely be placed in both a category and a subcategory or parent category (supercategory) of that category
