Henry Newcome's doctorate[edit]
It would be a satisfaction to pin it down. He seems to sign just "M.A." quite late into the 1740s. So given that he died in 1756 it could be just a few years possible. A Scottish university after the '45? Charles Matthews (talk) 10:13, 14 May 2013 (UTC)
