Why is this article even here?[edit]

I'm not sure why this article is even here. It was put up at the time of the proposal but never came to anything. Its a very short article that adds nothing of interest. It has only one reference and looks like an no other article link to it. Talskiddy (talk) 13:34, 16 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
