Translation[edit]

This article seems to be a rough translation / machine translation of de:Norddeutsches Tiefland; see the many German terms in this paragraph. Olessi (talk) 20:24, 6 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Instead of saying such negative stuff, fix it. If you don't have anything worthwhile to add, just don't make the comment. Cbreseman (talk) 19:52, 12 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I started some cleanup and will continue as time allows (which may not be much in near future). However, I agree with Olessi that this is obviously a machine translation, at least the first section. There is still quite a bit of work to be done. --Janstr (talk) 08:24, 2 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Military Importance[edit]

Any references to this? Or can it be deleted, because w/o the reference it isn't verifable. Cbreseman (talk) 19:53, 12 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move[edit]

{{movereq|North German Plain}}

North German plainNorth German Plain — 'Plain' should be capitalised as it is a proper noun in this case, and is capitalised by other publications, such as Britannica.[1] Similar Wikipedia articles such as North European Plain and East European Plain are also examples. Hayden120 (talk) 03:51, 2 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Support. My sources refer to this by its alternative name of North German Lowland or Northern Lowland, but always capitalised, so this move makes sense. --Bermicourt (talk) 08:35, 2 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
