The president appoints advisors directly. I've included about 8 references to established newspapers in the article, and I can bring up a couple of current articles that dont even have that number of reference like this and they're not flagged. @Wikishovel for example, Jake Dan-Azumi is the successor to Olanrewaju Smart as Chief of Staff to the Speaker of the House of Repersentatives. They have identical profiles and career progression. Jake Dan-Azumi's notability is a separate matter.

You correctly declared your conflict of interest at your user talk page, thanks, and then correctly started this article as a draft at Draft:Olanrewaju Smart, where it was declined twice by User:Qcne and User:Padavalamkuttanpilla. Then things went downhill fast. You rather oddly moved the first draft to Draft:OOS. Then you started a new and very similar draft (but again at the odd title of Draft:SM), then moved it to main space without bothering to submit it for WP:AFC review again. This is poor practice. Following the guidelines at WP:Conflict of interest, this article should be moved back to draft and reviewed there. I'm struggling to WP:Assume good faith here. @Wikishovel I must admit I am new at this and I'll accept whatever penalties. I tried to follow all the listed steps. Honestly, I didn't have any foul play in mind. Just contributing to the encyclopedia and putting in the work too, as I have over a decade experience at my desk and I had knowledge of these people . I'll appreciate any help to make this clean.
