Old Town, Oslo → Gamlebyen –

Being an inhabitant of Oslo since birth I think the name Gamlebyen doesn't simply translate this way. I think it should retain its Norwegian name. __meco (talk) 17:52, 7 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose – perhaps it's not a "translation", but hundreds of English-language books associate the English term "Old Town" with the Norwegian name Gamlebyan. I'd fix the tangled web of redirects, though. Dicklyon (talk) 18:39, 7 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Weak Support. A quick google search shows the terms are analagous [[1]] [[2]] [[3]] but sometimes as Old Town (Gamlebyen), sometime vice versa. Zarcadia (talk) 18:45, 7 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Writing style could use minor clean-up[edit]
