The reference cited (Cuba: a nation in search of a state - Democracy Digest} does not make note of any awards. I'm not suggesting that subject is absolutely not award-winning, just that the citation doesn't support it. Good Afternoon, we updated the WiKipedia page to reflect the link that goes to the piece that received the 2005 Barrett Prize. there is a link on the footnote that goes to pdf of the prize awarded as well as a link to the piece.
