Cleanup[edit]

This article is difficult to find information for due in part to the fact that it's an international company with little to know confirmed data. I will take up the low-priority task of hunting for information as I do with all other articles I revise. Valce (talk) 17:13, 13 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move 1 April 2023[edit]

The result of the move request was: Moved to Overflow (company). There seems to be a rough consensus for this new title here. (non-admin closure) Wikiexplorationandhelping (talk) 07:54, 10 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

0verflow0verflow (video game) – visually confusing for readers. In ictu oculi (talk) 13:21, 1 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I’m not sue about this. For those that may not be aware this starts with the number 0 zero not the letter O meaning someone trying to look up something at Overflow and accidentally ending up here would need to mistakenly type the number 0 instead of the the letter O and then not realize they had done so. I’m unsure if that is enough or a concern to warrant a change.--70.24.249.205 (talk) 22:09, 1 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. The stylized use of a 0 for an O in this case is inherently insufficiently disambiguating. BD2412 T 03:50, 2 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
They are different, I’d lean oppose and keep this title. BhamBoi (talk) 05:27, 2 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support alternate move to Overflow (company) or possibly Stack Ltd.. I do agree that the "0" is simply a stylization and falls under MOS:TMRULES. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ () 09:19, 2 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support alternate move to Overflow (company) per User:Zxcvbnm. The spirit of MOS:TMRULES is to avoid cute stylization of the product name. In the present case, the appearance of a 0 where the letter O is expected could be confusing to readers. I doubt whether 0verflow (video game) is an improvement because it keeps the zero, and it overlooks that Overflow is actually a company or franchise and not a single game. • Move to Overflow (company). The 0 is not universally used by sources, making it run afoul of MOS:TMRULES, & this is a video game company, not a single title. {{ping|ClydeFranklin}} (t/c) 16:49, 9 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
