Overshoot[edit]

It seems underlying restrictions get lost along the way - for the PO equation shown, it stems from a continuous second-order underdamped system with no zeros. It may be important to clarify that.--Billymac00 (talk) 00:27, 14 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
