Hi there . Please note I am 100% unaware of what pll multibit is, and I just happened to browse by . Some suggestions: )You are describing an algorithm - I think - so that should be one of the first 10 words in introduction . )You are basically out of context when you write on wikipedia, most certainly for highly specialized articles . You use interwiki a lot, which is ideal, but the context should be verbalized . For instance section-title 'Concepts' is demanding the reader switching to a technical and material thought-process . However, what is the material circumstance on which these concepts apply ? Another perspective of that section would be verbalizing the conceptual framework and a much better word is here 'terminology' . Create a history . )Finally it is critical to get the references right . I do not think you can expect people to purposely proof-read other articles, although it does happen . Good suggestion, thanks. Actually the PLL is not an algorithm but an electronic component or module or system; anyway I hope the change I made addresses your question - the Multibit PLL is just another type of phase locked loop, you can see there further details.

Hi, I am also a bit supprised on multi-bit PLLs! In literature, conferences, patents, etc. there is much more discussion about fractional-N (or sigma-delta) PLLs than on multi-bit, but the separation is not clear, e.g. some author talk about multi-bit fractional-N PLLs! There is some overlap, but there could be also significant difference. Author protests changes incompatible with WP policy

• Empty lines were removed from the article, without any discussion. I disaprove.

Edit wars on style are unacceptable. It also is bad Wikiette. Unless someone objects (with specific arguments), I intend to return the empty spaces.

• A complete section was removed. I disagree. There was no discussion, they didn't contact me.

I have removed some blank lines from the article. We don't usually use empty lines for layout on Wikipedia. The system provides sufficient whitespace on its own, in most cases.--Srleffler (talk) 04:40, 30 July 2012 (UTC)

Questions:

1. Can you cite resources in support of your claim "we cannot use copyrighted images on Wikipedia"?

2. Line 8 your edit: why do you insert irrelevant and incorrect statements about "all-digital-PLL"?

3. You add an irrelevant discussion about all-digital-PLL, but delete my definition of this subject, which is relevant as background for this article - why?

4. Line 8 your edit: why did you delete my definitions? they are useful to a reader and relevant to the article.

5. Line 17, relevant material was deleted - why?

Examine the file upload page - it explains Wikipedia policy for image use. By saying "all rights reserved" you have exposed Wikpedia to the possibility of copyright infringement.

As for the rest, I found the article to be badly organized and a little lazy in explaining the concepts. Listing 40 patents is not writing an encyclopedia article. You have the same user name as one of the book authors cited, so surely you're familiar with the need for organization of material in a logical order, and with the need for editing. --Wtshymanski (talk) 13:04, 16 July 2010 (UTC)
