Problems with translations[edit]

The article calls the People's Control Commission as semi-civic. Is it like semi-civic or semi-barbaric? Or is it actually meant to be semi-public? Aleksandr Grigoryev (talk) 14:01, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Another issue with statement that there was some organizations beyond government control. How is that possible in the Planned economy? This is a totally nonsense. It may have been declared as semi-governmental, but even Soviet Trade Unions were under total government control like anything else in the Soviet Union.
