iTunes Bonus Tracks[edit]

According to Periphery's myspace page, there'll be two bonus tracks with the preorder of the iTunes-version. anyone knows the name of the second one?

Answer: "Ragtime Dandies". It's not really a song, just some guy talking like someone from the 1930's, thanking you for buying the album and naming the band members (and poking fun of each of them at the same time, except the bassist, which would lead one to believe it's the bassist himself doing the talking).

Djent, a real genre?[edit]

I want to dispute this anyone but it is not all out Djent, like for example: Animals as Leaders or early Meshuggah albums (Future Breed Machine, Chaosphere, or Nothing). I have also argued that Periphery isn't emo, and yes, they're not emo; but they're not also full djent. Sure, they have elements in their work to make it so. I think Periphery's work is progressive metal, experimental rock, and djent. You could also argue with the "Icarus EP" that Periphery has electronica as well--but we're not here to discuss this, we're here to decide if it is a genre, well if it is an actually genre. panicpack121 25 February, 2012. 16:49 (UTC)

Lyrics[edit]

I love contributions for the history of bands. Why are the lyrics absent? Lyrics are essential to get the essence (truth) of the band. We need competition to You Tube.
