Suggestion[edit]

May I suggest that the filming section be re-organised so it is read in chronological order. 81.158.187.184 (talk) 11:33, 24 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Changing Rooms[edit]

To let you know, Its not 'Changing Rooms' that done the redecoration to the hall, but DIY S.O.S. So I have therefore changed this. Peterwill 20:08, 8 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The narrowest street[edit]

I just heard a story on NPR about The Fisherman's Friends singing group, and an incredibly narrow street in Port Isaac was mentioned, something like 2 feet wide. I can't remember its name, though. Anyone know? --76.105.145.143 (talk) 23:02, 18 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yes. It's called 'Squeeze Belly Alley' (really!). <a href="http://www.strollingguides.co.uk/books/cornwall/places/portisaac.php"><img src="http://www.strollingguides.co.uk/photos/400D/large/IMG_2852-Squeeze-Belly-Alley.jpg" title="Squeeze Belly Alley" alt="Squeeze Belly Alley" width="451" height="600" style="border: none;"></a> PateraIncus (talk) 13:54, 20 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Series versus seasons[edit]

Hi Britmax, perhaps we have a British vs. American English thing going here. In the US, a show like Doc Martin would be termed a "series", which lasts over several "seasons". Therefore, I changed the second mention of "series" to "seasons". If British usage would employ "series" in that context, then that would trump American usage, since this is clearly a UK topic. Please let me know the score, here. Cheers, User:HopsonRoad 21:19, 10 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
