"largest group of clergy"[edit]

The source for this claim is not available on-line. It seems to me that prima facie diocesan clergy would be the largest group, as there are significantly more of them than any other group. --Richardson mcphillips (talk) 16:25, 14 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Reasons for detention[edit]

It isn't clear why the priests were detained. And this is actually rather odd, since that bears some importance. Leaving that out will lead to speculation in the audience and create false narratives. So what where the reasons. I see Hermann Goering making statements on this: https://avalon.law.yale.edu/imt/03-14-46.asp But there should be more details elsewhere on this. Apparently there were also trials against priests for sexual offenses in the 1930s already, but the article doesn't mention what happened to them. 105.12.4.160 (talk) 20:16, 9 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
