League titles and individual state titles[edit]

Listing all league and individual state titles is not appropriate for this article. These kinds of articles are about the school, not every detail about the school and definitely not just about the athletics program. The article should give a thorough, but general, overview of the entire school. Even without the league and individual titles, athletics still currently takes up half of the article. What about the curriculum? Other activities beside sports? Arts? Demographics? Other accomplishments besides athletics? Please become familiar with the article guidelines for school articles, as well as policies such as WP:SCOPE and WP:TOPIC, along with WP:FANCRUFT. While it's certainly acceptable to summarize the many individual and league titles the school has won, listing each of them overwhelms the article, which already has a significant amount of lists. That would also require the athletics section being converted to prose instead of lists. --JonRidinger (talk) 02:33, 13 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Yep. A list of sports offered isn't appropriate, nor are sports accomplishments at the sub-State level. In other words, I don't see any "Notable state finshes[sic]" that qualify. The league memberships can easily fit in a sentence. So, at this point there is one sentence of sports content that can remain. tedder (talk) 20:51, 13 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
