Enrollment / SARC[edit]

While browsing school pages the other day, I noticed that Savanna's enrollment information was very out-of-date. I resolved to find a more current figure. There was a link on the school's web site to its latest "School Accountability Report Card", or SARC, which is where I found the number I put in Savanna's article.

The number you see now is from two school years ago. Apparently the SARC is updated once a year with information from the preceding school year. One can see a variety of information on every school in California by going to the SARC web site and typing in the school name.

Is the SARC information accurate? Are there more up-to-date sources of school information? Your feedback is welcome. DutchmanInDisguise (talk) 16:34, 2 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The enrollment figure I ended up using in Savanna's infobox is taken from the Total Enrollment line of a table within its SARC which is headed School Climate. In Savanna's case, there's a conflicting enrollment number in the text within the About This School section, where it says "Savanna High School, located in West Anaheim, California, serves 2,123 students..."
