Rewrite 03/20/15[edit]

I removed a good number of uncited things for which I could not find a citation. I took the liberty of removing the article wide 'citation needed' header as there are only two areas where there are not direct citations for a fact. Bordwall (talk) 20:58, 20 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
