St. Michael's Church of England High School → St Michael's Church of England High School – I don't know why "St." is used, but this school is British, so we can't use American English over British one. Not so fast—the proposed title already describes another school of the same name. Move this page to St Michael's Church of England High School (Crosby, Merseyside), that one to St Michael's Church of England High School (Rowley Regis) (or however else English schools are typically disambiguated), and redirect the base title to St. Michael's School#United Kingdom. --BDD (talk) 19:51, 4 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Comment. Where does it say that "St." is American and "St" is British? Is there MOS or AT guidance? It seems to me that "St." is an acceptable alternative to "St" in British English (again, see the school's website, which clearly uses both).
