Untitled[edit]

A fair amount of my sourcing material is coming from historical documents digitized and accessible at Archive.com. This sourcing material includes several Annual Reports and other articles that have been digitized into volumes and there are multiple volumes. My narrative will likely be a piecemeal of information across several reports and articles in several volumes. I would like to get some input as to the formatting of the citation so I can be consistent as I work on my narrative.

This citation will take the reader to the beginning of the volume with the archive information. From there they can zoom and scroll to page 238^[1]
(Preferred) - This citation will take the reader to the beginning of the volume and allow the reader to quickly scroll to page 238 by the use of the (finger box) lower left^[2]

Example 3 (Least preferred) - This citation will take the reader to the exact location within the volume. It also cites the exact document title the information is in. This link my not be as stable as citation 1 and 2^[3]

Craig.cgc, any of those methods would be acceptable. My preference would be for #3, unless it is significantly less likely to be stable. My experience has that archive.org links are quite stable. In any case the exact title of the specific document or work being cited should be included in the text of the citation, wherever the link leads, in my view.
