Limitations on the bearing and use of arms[edit]

Looked at source and this refers to weapons. Clarified in page. Also note that source for this page is not a direct source, but a website outlining / summarizing the text of Register of Privy Council of Scotland, Vol IX, 1610-1613 (1889) for which there does not appear to be public access. "Limitations on the bearing and use of arms" - What does this mean? Arms as in weapons or arms as in coats of arms? These are two very different subjects. Kiltpin (talk) 11:18, 27 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
