Portrait[edit]
It would be greatly appreciated if someone could find a copyright-free portrait of him--there must be at least one--and upload it to Wikimedia Commons/the article. For example, the National Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C. has portraits of prominent Confederates.Zigzig20s (talk) 06:04, 18 June 2014 (UTC)

Presbyterian?[edit]
I am trying to find out if he was Presbyterian, and if we can find the names and sermons of the ministers who served on his plantation. Gay Hill was started as a Presbyterian community. Moreover, most Scottish immigrants were Presbyterian. Please let me know if you are able to find out more about this!Zigzig20s (talk) 06:06, 18 June 2014 (UTC)
Notability[edit]
