The crosses are an exaggeration, to be honest. For example, there is freedom of panorama in Mexico so claiming that "there are multiple copyrights at issue here" without a simple research is plain and simple bad faith. Saying that there is no source for Iztapalapa in the body it's like saying that there is no source for the Louvre that it is in Paris. It is not original research to say where things are. Even Wikipedia:These are not original research exists for this reason. If there is some sort of urgency to verify it, the link listed at the official website space has the full address of the museum. And the pictogram is sourced: "The head inspired the pictogram of the Guelatao metro station of the Mexico City Metro, which is the closest to the museum.[14]" (CC) Tbhotch 17:47, 9 July 2022 (UTC)

And it's even worse because the article does mention that it is in Iztapalapa and it is sourced and the source does mention Iztapalapa: "The selected space was a roundabout along Guelatao Avenue,[a] in Iztapalapa, Mexico City.[3]" I'm going to assume that this was just a pre-review that you mispublished. Juárez died 150 years ago, he has no personality rights at this point. Even if he did, the violation would rely on those involved in the erection of the monument, not on those taking pictures of it. (CC) Tbhotch 16:14, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
