Usage[edit]
You can use this template to welcome a person who has contributed content in Hebrew. It may be used when an article has been listed at WP:Pages needing translation into English, whether or not it looks likely that someone will translate the article posted here into English. It may also be used when an editor, in WP:good faith, has created a translation on this Wikipedia of an existing article in English, which is subject to speedy deletion under criterion A10 as an article that duplicates an existing topic.
