Template wording

@Jonteemil and IagoQnsi: The wording of the template should be improved. First, the older versions shouldn't be deleted since they also fit the requirement. Second, the first sentence is confusing. Could one of you reword it? Dat Guy^Talk_Contribs 13:16, 13 April 2020 (UTC)

@Jonteemil: My mistake with the first part. I'd say few things: 1. SVG should either be uppercase everywhere or lowercase everywhere. 2. The 'but' part is confusing. In my opinion you could link to NFCC in the bold 'slightly larger' part. Dat Guy^Talk_Contribs 16:16, 13 April 2020 (UTC)

@DatGuy: I've now made some changes. Since one may not only want non-free SVGs to be upscaled I've made the template work with both free and non-free files. Non-free is the default and free can be activated by writing {{SVG upscale|free=yes}}. Just letting you know since your bot I guess have to recognize the new name of the template. Also {{orfurrev}} should therefor not be used if free=yes.Jonteemil (talk) 00:23, 15 April 2020 (UTC)
