Well-intended AGF of trolls and pushy newbies, and over-valuing of letter of policies, sometimes make blind to straits of victims. See here scary example of trying to send unworldly FA writer into WP:Slough of Despond to negotiate with aggressive newbie attempting to degrade article. Skewed perspectives do much harm on arbcom.
