Nordic Combined Cross Country 2/25[edit]

Cross-Country[edit]

The start for the 10 kilometre race will be staggered, with a one-point deficit in the ski jump portion resulting in a four second deficit in starting the cross-country course. This stagger meant that the first athlete across the finish line would the overall winner of the event. Cross-country skiing's part of the competition will take place at 13:00 PST that same day.[1]

Suncrest Middle School[edit]

Suncrest Middle School is a secondary academic school in Morgantown, West Virginia which is currently the highest rated middle school in the state of West Virginia.[3]. Suncrest Flatts Jr. High, as it was previously called until 1998 with the inclussion of 9th grade into Morgantown High School, now currently houses 6th through 8th grade classrooms. The school mascot is the seal and has the school colors of blue and white which are donned upon many student-athletes that compete in Football, Boy's and Girl's Basketball, Cheerleading, Softball, Boy's and Girl's Cross Country, and Boy's and Girl's Track. The principal is Mr. James Napollio and the vice principal is currently Mrs. Christy Lynch-Burkhart, the school-wide counselor is Dr. E Joy Lynch.

The 2010 National Kickball League Draft was held from April 9th to the 11th in New York City at the Kodak Theatre. Dignitaries including Bill Clinton, Beyonce, and Barack Obama. Obama was quoted as saying, "it is important for all children to get 60 minutes of exercise a day. Kickball is a great way to fulfill this role"
