Local elections will be held in Caloocan on May 13, 2013 within the [[Philippine general election, two congressmen, and the councilors, six in each of the city's two legislative districts.

Mayoral and Vice Mayoral Election

Incumbent Mayor Enrico Echiverri is term-limited and running for Congressional Seat for 1st District instead; Liga ng mga Barangay President and His son Coun.RJ Echiverri is his party's nominee. Echiverri's will Face Incumbent Cong.Oscar Malapitan for Mayorship.

RJ Echiverri running mate is Former Vice Mayor Luis Tito Varela, who has served since 2001-2010, he ran and lost for Congress in 2010 to Oscar Malapitan, Antonio "Nani" Almeda is Malapitan running mate.

Congressional Election

There will be two candidates for the congressman or district representative post of each of the districts of Caloocan City. The city is divided into two congressional districts: the first district and the second district.

The Incumbent Mayor Enrico "Recom" Echiverri is running for the 1st District Congressman, He will face the son of Incumbent Rep.Oscar Malapitan, Coun.Dale Gonzalo Malapitan.
