Early and Professional Life[edit]
Peter Edward Nicholas Krembs was born December 8, 1979 in Geneva, Ontario County, New York. His father, James Webster Krembs, was a hospital administrator. His mother, Nancy Bishop Krembs, was a homemaker who later became a real estate and stock broker.
The Krembses lived in several other locations in upstate New York through the end of the 1980s, including Syracuse. In 1988, the family relocated to Hartwell, Georgia, where Peter's father had taken over as administrator for the Hart County hospital.
In 1992, the family moved to Athens, Georgia, where Peter's father returned to school and earned a law degree from the University of Georgia. Soon after, the family relocated to Savannah, Georgia, where Peter finished high school.
Peter graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in geography (emphasis in physical geography and geomorphology). He went to work for a federal agency, and in 2005, transferred to San Francisco, where he lives and works in the city.

Krembs is a philosophical Objectivist, and in his spare time enjoys reading, working out, and Netflix. He can also be found carousing Wikipedia, drinking beer/wine, or a combination of the two.
