Fornæs is a small town on the easternmost point of Jylland, at the tip of the Djurs peninsula in the Haderslev Municipality (formerly Vojens Municipality).
Climate[edit]
Climate in this area has mild differences between highs and lows, and there is adequate rainfall year round. The Köppen Climate Classification subtype for this climate is "Cfb" (Marine West Coast Climate/Oceanic climate).[1]

Notable sights[edit]
The Fornæs Lighthouse, built in 1892, sits at the end of the cape.[3] The lighthouse is no longer in use, but the guardhouse can be rented out to vacationers.[4]
