Single Newlines with a Paragraph?[edit]

I know that paragraphs are separated by 2 newlines. Is it proper or improper to use single newlines within a paragraph? It doesn't seem to make a difference when rending the page as HTML. However, which convention does the "diff" view prefer? Jpritikin

Despite asking at the Help desk I couldn't find a definitive answer to this question. It seem the usual thing to do is not to use single newlines within a paragraph.--Commander Keane 05:24, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

How is Wikipedia funded?[edit]

'I would like to know how Wikipedia is funded. I know it is owned by a not-for-profit foundation, but how does it generate revenue in the first place for funding its running costs? Yudders

Does Wikipedia have a taskbar I can download?[edit]

Does Wikipedia have a taskbar I can download?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by taskbar, but I don't think Wikipedia provides one. Perhaps a third party do, Wikipedia:Tools has some ideas. You can ask at the Help desk to get more opinions, cheers --Commander Keane (talk) 12:00, 6 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

What is a "relevant block template"?[edit]

I am looking for a way to remind a user about his constant reverts. Before I can report him to the Authorities, I am supposed to remind him with a "relevant block template." What is it and where is it found? Sincerely, GeorgeLouis (talk) 15:30, 9 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

How do I request an article (or image)?[edit]

How do I request an article to be written, that doesn't exist yet? Also, if I want to request an image be added for an article that does exist, is there somewhere other than the article's discussion page to do that?

Good questions :-) I have created Nubio 196 and Nubio 197.--Commander Keane (talk) 13:25, 13 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
