Dianwen, was called Tom Ng before he died. He was born in BZM15. He was the Glowatest. After the Tsingtsung Patriarch of the Glowatest established the United Empire of Glowater(UGE), he became one of the royal members of the UGE.
During this period, he was conferred to Wingmaen Gwaen by the Emperor Singjo. He was appointed to the Minister of the Ceremonial Department, to construct the political structure. He cosulted the political structure of the Gaem Empire and the ethnic system. This created a unique structure at that period. With the help of Wingmaen Gwaen and the dominion
of the Emperor Singjo, the UGE became powerful. However, the loopholes of the fudelism led to the sedition. In ZM2, the outbreak of the Sinyuan Incident led the Emperor Singjo and some of the vassals died.
After the Emperor Singjo died, his father became the successor of the Emperor of the UGE. He still was the Minister of the Ceremonial Department, and was appointed to the General of the Royal Protection Army(RPA). At this period, the Emperor Pingjo introduced many people-care policies, which gained the people support. The UGE entered to the Rule of the Jynmou.
As the success of the Rule of the Jynmou, the Emperor Pingjo became deaf to the political affairs. This rose up the Glowatest nationalism among the soldiers. They used more weapons to attack the Jikdzung. Only a few days, they invaded to the Jikdzung and catched the Curator of the Jikdzung. However, they did not stop their invasion. The next target they wanted to occupie was the Ni Empire, the state united with the Gaem Empire. As the Ni Empire had the high technology level in military, they occupied the Jikdzung to learn the high technology level of military and mixed with their own technology. After few months, they started the invasion of Ni buy using the new weapons. During that period, the Emperor Taizhung of Ni deaf to the political affairs. Most of the works were administrated by the Prime Minister. By the invasion of Ni, the South Ni were occupied by th UGE. Although the Prime Minister of Ni tried to convienced Emperor Seidzhung but failed. The EEA moved in on the capital of the Ni. Emperor Taizhung only negotiated peace with Emperor Seidzhung. As his northern expension failed, he sent the people to the South. And they found that there were many weak countries in the South, so he started his invasion towards the South. In the second year, he nearly occupied the nations in the South. He set up the puppet state in the South called Loeng. At the same time, he allied with the Jing. However, in the forth year, Loeng betraied the UGE and became independent. The UGE withdrew his troops from the Leong. But the land of the UGE had been expended.

On the other hand, the Hinjyn defeated the UGE and the UGE had to pay the indemity to Hinjyn. However, there invasion aroused dicontent among the nearby countries. The ignored her. The international status of the Hinjyn became lower.

After that, there were the riots broke out in Ngeai. At last, the Emperor Mingzhung of Ngeai killed by the Emperor Dzeandzhung. At the same period, the Gaem killed the Emperor Dzeandzhung. In SP13, the Haar Civil War broke out. He led the troops to fight against the independent army. However, it got loose by Sung Empire in the next year. He also regreted that he made many wars during his ruling. This led the UGE started to turn the expension policy to the peacekeeping.
In the next year, althought the Sung independent from the Haa Empire, the Southern Sunger also declared independent movement. The Sunger Civil War broke out. According to the Treaty, Sung Empire called the UGE sent the troops to help her to suppress the independent movement. The UGE agreed but she also sent the menpower to the South Sung to against the Sung Government.
When the independent army invaded the capital, the Government sent the Grand Emperor Jeanhei to leave the capital to North Sung by train. However, the Southern Sunger put the bomb on the railway, and artillery set up on the hill toward the rail. When the train arrived, there was the explosion and train fired. The Grand Emperor Jeanhei was hurt in the explosion. He used this chance to go to the nearest train station. The UGE knew that the Grand Emperor Jeanhei was hurt, so she abolished the Treaty and invaded Sung. At the same time, Tcong Empire also allied with the UGE to invade Sung. The Government surrendered to the UGE and the South Sung. The Treaty of Fourth was signed. The territory occupied by Sung would give back to the UGE, and Sung would divided to two parts, the South Sung would set up the Republic of Viet. And the Grand Emperor Jeanhei could go back to the UGE.
Althought he went back to Glowater and lived in the Gwcongyu Royal City, Tsynwui, the capital of the UGE, he was still house arrestd. However, he never care about this as he did not want to intervent the national affair.
However, in the late period of the ruling of the Emperor Singdzhung, the Suk Empire sent the troops and battleship to attack the UGE. The Glowatest - Suker War broke out, so the Emperor Singdzhung led the military forces to confrot the invasion. However, the army led by the emperor was defeated and Emperor Singdzhung was badly hurt. He died after he demised of the emperor to Mingdzhung. Mingdzhung disguised the death of the Emperor Singdzhung, and promoted the order in the name of the Emperor Singdzhung.He put more battleship to against Suk. This defeated the Suker Eastern Explore Navy(SEEN) and attacked harshly to the coastal region of Suk. Many economic cities were badly destroy. The Suker Army changed from attack to defend, and the Glowatest Army got back the land they lost and occupied the Eastern Suk. At the same tme, Mingdzhung called Jeanhei to help him to administrate the nation.
At last, Suk signed the Treaty of Dozen with the UGE. Suk had to pay the indemnity, lost her land and kept peace with the UGE unless ten years. And the UGE would set up the Glowatest - Suker Political Cooperation Organization(GSPCO) to supervise the administaration of the Suker Government. Moreover, the Suker military influence was restricted. This marked the end of the Ruling by the Emperor Singdzhung.
After the victory of the Glowatest - Suker War, the Emperor Mingdzhung went back to Tsynwui. Then he appointed Jeanhei to the Jeantsyn Daiwcong. Emperor Mingdzhung cooperated with Jeantsyn Daiwcong to rule the state.
During the early period of the ruling, the political unstable in the far west affacted the Western by the independent movement. At the same time, they found the law was outmoded. However, the Saidzing Peaceful Period ended at the middle period of Saidzing. There were the war broke out in the South and west, included the Dian, Haa. The wars were until SD19.

The Concentration of the Annoyer in the Annoy Forum(CAAF) was the new forum of the closed AF. The CAAF was led by two President, who were Edwin and Fat Lailei.
