Hello there![edit]

This is a new account for me after a long absence from editing Wikipedia (I think my last significant bit of editing was in 2007?). I'm returning as someone who is helping out with teaching a class project involving Wikipedia (for the University of Houston's Strategic Foresight program, under Prof. Peter C. Bishop; I'm currently a PhD candidate at the University of Southern California). The plan is to launch a WikiProject for foresight and futures studies. I'm working with John Cassel on this. I think I have an above average amount of Wikipedia experience and knowledge ( but dated 2007 and some of it will be out of date -- so I'll be revisiting policy pages for the latest, and I expect to bumble around a bit at the start ). I haven't revived my old account ( if you're an admin and want to know my old username, send me an email) because I want to use my real name with a fresh account while teaching the class exercise plus I don't want to be tempted to get sucked into past controversies and debates (once upon a time I was a deletionist...), or get addicted to the Wikipedia editing habit again (which is the main reason why I stopped)! As I'm working on improving this article, I just wanted to state that previously I was a student of Henry's in his MIT master's program and also at USC Annenberg when I was in his PhD program (I was also a research assistant of his several years ago). Since I graduated from my PhD program in Dec 2015, I've had no relationship with him besides knowing him as a former professor. As I have spent a lot of time working with his scholarship - as well as critical responses to it - in my PhD work, including extensive use of it in my PhD dissertation and master's thesis, I believe I count as a "subject matter expert" under WP:EXTERNALREL. I will be aiming to improve this article with NPOV balance emphatically in mind as the priority. I'm not going to add any of my own original research thoughts (or any of my published research thoughts!) on Henry's work and how it can be critiqued. I'm focussed on adding referenced facts and statements that have been published (I've done some of of the more obvious ones - e.g. adding a citation for Henry having a son - already). Under a previous username, I was very active Wikipedia editor on lots of different articles for about 2-3 years. I returned under this new name in 2012 to be a teaching assistant on a class wikipedia project (not involving Henry). Henry's scholarship has been key in my own academic work, and I saw this page needed some work, and I have some spare time on my hands, so I thought I'd make a contribution here.)
