I was new thta time so made many mistakes while writing or changing anything in article but now I understand the rules and regulations of wikipedia. Hi. Sorry this has been sitting here a while. Am declining this unblock request because it doesn't really address what you were blocked for. It was not for poor referencing, but because many of your edits show you are unfamiliar with the editing structure. Two examples among many: this one which unnecessarily adds multilingual text in the middle of a paragraph, and this one which shows you are not familiar with WP:NONENGEL. There are other examples, so need to respond directly to these two. There is nothing in your edit history that suggests you are attempting to vandalise, but we cannot allow you to return to editing on en-Wikipedia unless there's a better indication that you have actually read and understood the editing requirements. I agree there are many policies and guidelines, but unfortunately that's the way it is.
As a suggestion, perhaps post on this talkpage a few example edits that you'd like to make to particular pages. These can then be reviewed and suggestions offered if they breach any editing guidelines. If there are a bunch of good edits proposed here that might also convince an administrator that you can be unblocked and have the chance to post those edits directly to articles.
