January 2016[edit]

Hello, I'm Donner60. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Hate Story 3, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Donner60 (talk) 03:20, 14 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Hate Story 3. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Diff: [1] I'm going to explain this to you in a way that I hope makes sense: Wikipedia is not interested in editors' personal interpretations. Just because a song sounds like another song to you, does not mean that it is a copy of the other. That comparison, like all other comparisons, needs to come from reliable published sources. If there was a copyright suit over the similarity, and if a judge said "it's a copy", then we could include it. If critics said "song A sounds like a copy of song B", then we could say "critics noted a strong similarity between song A and song B". However, you cannot add "this is a copy" to an encyclopedia, just like you can't add "Madhuri Dixit is beautiful" to an encyclopedia. These are your opinions, and they constitute original research. Please do not resubmit this content again without ample sources from reliable publications. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 03:31, 14 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon This is your final warning. You may be blocked from editing without further notice the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Hate Story 3. Jim1138 (talk) 04:05, 14 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The IP editor either doesn't understand that making the statement without supporting the statement is a useless contribution, or they're deliberately being disruptive. Neither scenario is a good one. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 19:41, 17 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
