Please, if you want but I think you should, put at the very beginning of that section (Wikipedia:Village_pump_(technical)#Template%3ALang-he...)—User talk:5.43.73.49-mentioning (User talk:5.43.73.49#Template:Lang-he) hatnote in order for others to know that there is related discussion here.

Your question was 'What is the issue with that?'. I think there is no problem or issue with that but with that that Template:Lang-he-n is deleted and reason or rationale unknown with that template having usage in Yamina article's history.

Maybe it's not that much important, after all...

I see. If you put the template in brackets, like this: Template:Lang-he-n and click it, you land at the template page. Which, as you already know, is deleted. There should be a link there to the deletion discussion, where you can see the reasons for the deletion. Templates are deleted all the time, and the fact that they remain in the history of a page, is not in itself reason not to delete them. After all, it is only the history of the page, while the current version is without the deleted template.
