Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

I notice that another reviewer has left a maintenance template at the draft. For this reason I am attaching the official notice below. If you have a connection to the subject then please read WP:COI and WP:PAID and make the necessary declarations. The latter page is mandatory, where applicable, under the terms of use. A 'COI' is a manageable issue if dealt with correctly but disclosure of a connection should not necessarily be seen as a reflection on an editor but is one of the ways in which Wikipedia attempts to ensure neutrality.
