EduWiki Conference 5-6 September in Leicester, UK[edit]

Wikimedia UK is now running a education related event that may be of interest to you: the EduWiki Conference on 5-6 September in Leicester. Videos[edit]

Hi, even though I understand your good intentions videos like the ones about the singers Eurovision entries does not belong at the main articles but at the individual song articles only. I am not investing time changing any added videos but just to notify you about it. Do what you like with the info :)--BabbaQ (talk) 21:26, 5 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I beg to disagree. The videos show the artist move and their face from more angles than a photo and give information on one of their main assests, their voice. They also show how they pronounce their own names. All valuable information in the main article. They might not be the best possible videos but until someone makes a better one, they clearly makes the article better. By the way, what would you think would be an ideal video? Wikicomnons Video Upload[edit]

Videos are uploaded in the same way as images, the uploadwizard doesn't care. So any tutorial for uploading images will be the same as for videos. Ainali (talk) 15:36, 18 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
