Copyright problem on SPARQL[edit]

Content you added to the above article appears to have been copied from https://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/rq23/rq25.html. Copying text directly from a source is a violation of Wikipedia's copyright policy. Unfortunately, for copyright reasons, the content had to be removed. @Diannaa: You're completely mistaken. I am a Senior Business Systems Analyst. The text that I put refers to the official manual, was relative to the RDF Triple Case of SPARQL. The text I have put contains all the references in the official manual. There is no copyright infringement. The lady made the removal of the text wrongly. Who is wrong is you. @Diannaa: You are mistaken, and you are wrong to have excluded the information I put. By the legislation in force, people can simulate texts, they can quote parts of books, they can quote parts of technical manual, but to do so, you have to be informed of the original source of the text. I have not disobeyed the copyright laws in force. I have reported what is the RDF, I have informed you what IRI and I have quoted the original text sources. Wikipedia has a very strict copyright policy, stricter in some ways than copyright law itself, because our fair use policy does not allow us to copy material from copyright sources when there's a freely licensed alternative available. In this case the freely licensed material is prose that we write ourselves. You must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. @Diannaa: What you just told me violates the copyright legislation that is in force. For a person to use something that is attached to a brand, that is connected to something that a person has created and written, the original source has to always mentioned. I can not write the text of the contents of this manual with my words, it was not I who created the manual, what I can do with my words is to put (in brackets) the explanation of some technical term that exists within the manual, or create an extra paragraph containing the explanation of what the technical term is. This is to put in brackets (or within links calling other pages of Wikipedia) the explanation of technical terms, is already used in various technical texts that are online on Wikipedia. I read again the Wikipedia copyright rules Wikipedia:Copyrights. I read that the Paris_Convention_for_the_Protection_of_Industrial_Property and Berne Convention are both a law of 1886, at that time the internet had not yet existed. What is the law that was created in the 70's (internet era) that is in effect regulating these internet licenses in use on Wikipedia? No standard is above existing legislation. @Robert McClenon: and @Bkissin: The second round of the elections in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) will be on October 28, 2018, Wilson Witzel and Eduardo Paes are running as candidates for Governor of the State of Rio de Janeiro. In election polls Witzel appeared weak with little popularity. But after finishing the first round vote on October 7, 2018 was to everyone's surprise, Wilson Witzel won more votes than Eduardo Paes. On the 28th he will have a new election (second round), whoever wins the most votes will be the new governor of the State of Rio de Janeiro. Ana Gauna (talk) 12:14, 18 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Robert McClenon: and @Bkissin: On October 28, 2018, in the second round of the [general elections in Brazil], Wilson Witzel [[Partido Social Cristão | PSC] reached the mark of 59.87% of the valid votes (4,675,355 votes) being in first place and elected new Governor of the State of Rio de Janeiro with a mandate of 4 years from January / 2019; against 40.13% valid votes (3,134,400 votes) by Eduardo Paes, from DEM. Wilson Witzel was elected Governor of the State of Rio de Janeiro, with a term of 4 years, he will replace Luiz Fernando Pezão in January/2019. Ana Gauna (talk) 20:09, 29 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Wilson Wetzel[edit]

I moved the article on Wetzel back to draft space, but hope that it can go back into article space within 48 hours. It has two problems. First, the AFC comments about the election and the acceptance of the article were not stripped out, and are still in the article. Second, the article has verb tense problems reflecting that it was written before the second-round final election. Robert McClenon (talk) 20:34, 29 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
