In terms of the "templates" you have used under references, while you have duly licensed the content at [1], I'm afraid that you have not verified the authority to speak on behalf of the U.S. Federal Government, by licensing its material. :) Fortunately, most works of the U.S. Federal Government are public domain and may be freely reused by anyone. The Template:CCBYSASource is inappropriate for their works, because it is actually more restrictive than that. Instead, if you incorporate text from one of their websites, please use one of the specific government attribution templates located at Category:United States government attribution templates.
