Edit summaries are not mandatory but they are highly recommended. Almost all experienced editors use edit summaries, as they are important in a collaborative editing environment. Adding a reference (citation) to any factual claim that may be challenged is policy and is the only way to ensure that your contributions won't be challenged. This is a collaborative project. I'm sorry for any misunderstanding; I wasn't complaining about your edits, I said that I noticed you weren't using edit summaries or citations and offered to help you if you were having trouble. I also left you a link in case you needed it. The reason I did this is some of your edits were flagged by a program I use to detect wikipedia vandalism, but when I had a closer look at your work I could see that wasn't the case at all.. Thank you for your info regarding eit summaries and citations!I'll do my best to add them in to my add them in my future edits. P.S: What tipped you off to the fact that I wasn't putting these things in my edits.

Any editor who has an article you edit on their watchlist will see your edit summary, or the lack of an edit summary, each time they review their watchlist. When I see an edit by a well-established editor with a clear, policy-based edit summary, I think "great" and move on. When I see an edit with no summary, by an unknown (to me) editor without a positive and informative user page, I think "is this a problematic edit?", and take a closer look. STOP LEAVING ME RUDE MESSAGES[edit]

When I see a message on my talk page by a well-meaning editor wanting to clear up an issue with me, I say great and move on. When I see an section on my talk page by a, (to me) unknown editor I think "why is this person leaviing me an unprofessional and unpolite answer to my perfectly courteous message?" P.S:My user page is not supposed to be some grand piece of art. Its supposed to make someone laugh, put a smile on someone's face. And if you can't appreciate that, please leave my talk page.
