please i don't know who is salem imam. I created this account and it was first time dor me to use Wikipedia and article was deleted. I kept reading and practicing and created another account (poewag) and it got blocked again

Note to reviewing admin: I used CU to make the connection between this account and the Poewag sock, which this user has acknowledged was them (see also the discussions at the talk page over at that account). The original master, Salem Imam, is stale, so I can make no comment on their assertion that they are unconnected to that master. Certainly, there has been block evasion from this editor, both through new accounts and through IPs; I'll leave it for another admin to consider whether their story about not understanding that they weren't allowed to create new accounts, or edit through IPs, is credible. I just blocked another one of your socks. You won't be unblocked while you continue trying to evade your block. I'm sure the cause your organisation is involved in is laudable, but this project is not a platform for promotion, and your repeatedly creating new accounts to promote it is disruptive. If you ever want to edit here, you need to stop creating new accounts, take time to read WP:COI thoroughly, and then in six months request an unblock and commit to abide by that guidance and to stick to a single account.
