Welcome to Wikipedia, Badmachine! I am WeBuriedOurSecretsInTheGarden and have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! War on Drugs[edit]

please help me figure what i did wrong in this edit. i ended up fixing it, but if you look here

you can see that the formatting got vucked. the 'history' section was gone from the contents table, and placed above the table even though no change was made to the part that links the table and the text, ie '==history=='.

just cant seem to get it right today... guess im going to give up[edit]

just kidding. but i made 6 edits in a row on an article today. the first was a minor misspelling fix, then it took 5 edits to fit jocelyn elders into the war on drugs page. jeez, i think im going to take a nap. (=

Thanks for your note. I did in fact remove the paragraph, as well as some surrounding ones, as unsourced or WP:OR. But I'd say there are undoubtedly references in reliable sources to drug dealing in the Tenderloin, in the SF Chronicle, SF Bay Guardian, or SF Weekly, and if they can be found, by all means feel free to rewrite some of that material with sources. western electric telephones[edit]

Hi,

I noticed that you are the editor who created the Western Electric model 1500 telephone and Western Electric model 2500 telephone pages on 28 November 2008. Note that these two model telephones are technically members of the Model 500 telephone series. While I am assuming good faith in your edits, I am concerned that adding two articles to Wikipedia about subjects which are closely related to a subject (Model 500 telephone) that already has an article, and that could just as easily be described in that related article, adds extra clutter to the encyclopedia. Remember that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia; all articles must follow Neutral point of view, Verifiability, and No original research. So I am proposing those two articles to be merged into Model 500 telephone. Please understand that I while I am a telephone geek/collector too, I have a lot of respect for Wikipedia policies and guidelines. Feel free to discuss the proposed merge at Talk:Model 500 telephone. addition of 'conflict of interest' tag to Hank Wilson[edit]

In short, this was the reason why. It seems as though the user in question has a conflict of interest with many of the subjects he has written about. I've added the tag to a few articles that he has edited heavily that relate to the sisters of perpetual indulgence, homosexual organizations based out of San Francisco and the gay DJ/drag scene.
