Hi Bearcat,

Thanks so much for looking into the draft article I've submitted; Afripedia.

You have rejected the draft article and suggested I merge it with an already existing article: Afripedia Project. However, the subject of the article Afripedia I submitted and the already existing article Afripedia Project are not the same.

The already existing article Afripedia Project is an initiative organised by Wikimédia France, Institut Français, and the Agence universitaire de la Francophonie and "aims to expand offline Wikipedia access in French-speaking Africa, and encourage Africans to contribute to Wikipedia".

The Afripedia article I have suggested is a completely other initiative, a documentary series, as well as a platform that aims to bridge the gap of employment of diverse talents in creative industries across the globe. It is also run by different people and it is an active project, 2010-now, unlike the Afripedia Project.

LGBT academic vs. LGBT scientist: subcategories

Hi Bearcat: First off, I've been a fan of your work for years! Question: I notice in your editing of the biography of Richard Summerbell that you deleted the previously tagged Category: LGBT scientist in favour of the previously tagged Category: LGBT academic, stating that one is a subcategory of the other. But Category: LGBT scientist doesn't appear to be a subcategory of LGBT: academic. Is this a work in progress? If so, it should be the other way around (scientist as a subcat of academic). In passing I don't believe your claim to be an occasional editor who stumbled across an edit summary on a random page history and then accidentally skipped over all the civility policy recommendations to go straight to ANI. The Category:Television series produced in Vancouver has 339 article and the other category Category:Television shows filmed in Vancouver only has 73 articles. Category:Television shows filmed in Vancouver is going to merge into the existing category Category:Television series produced in Vancouver will be kept to follow the Canadian city produced categories Television series produced in (insert Canadian city). Deputy Prime Minister of Canada

Hey @Bearcat! I hope that this isn't an imposition, but I noticed that you reverted the section on succession in the article Deputy Prime Minister of Canada back to how it was a couple of weeks ago. I completely understand why you'd want to get rid of the table (I added it to be similar to the United States presidential line of succession, but I was unsure about how big it was), but the section as it is now is almost totally unsourced and doesn't mention Acting Ministers Minutes at all, which I think are pretty key to understanding succession in to the Prime Ministership.
