Mohamed Amir Dollie (born January 14, 2000), known professionally as Kidd Cartel is a South African[1] rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer and record executive who had his debut hit single rack number five on SA YouTube charts in June 2020. He's signed to his own label, The Deepnd Records which he founded in 2018. He rose to prominence after releasing his debut hit single "Twerk Like Lexy" in 2020 and then went on to featuring many other U.S artists independently. His second EP, "African American" which was released in 2020, gained major recognition for the hit song "Changes" which spoke about the George Floyd incident, and many other racial discrimination happening in, and around the world. It gained the interest of Grammy Award winning producer, Scott Storch, comedian Kevin Hart, and Wild n Out host, Nick Cannon[2]
