Massification[edit]

Nice start to your draft article. I noticed that a lot of your links to sources take the form of "web.b.ebscohost.com.silk.library.umass.edu". This is a link through the UMass library proxy, not a direct link to the journal, and won't work for people who are not connected through your library. It would be helpful if you could replace these with a direct link to the journal article (for example, via a DOI) before you move your final edits into mainspace. I also noticed that you have some citations in a form like "Journal of Brand Management 16 (2009): 338-46. Academic Search Premier" and I just wanted to let you know that Academic Search Premier is simply an indexing service that your library subscribes to. Hello Christina! You're article was an enjoyable read. I think you do a great job staying neutral while providing the necessary information about your topic. I just suggest adding more of an introduction to each of your topics. I think that your readers will find it much easier to comprehend the information if there was a little more of a background for each of your topics. I added the following excerpt to your sandbox:
