A tag has been placed on INFRONT SPORTS & MEDIA, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Interwiki links[edit]

In partial answer to your question to My76Strat, it is possible (and enouraged) to link to equivalent articles on other wikis, using interwiki links. These go down at the bottom of the page under categories. It's also possible to embed a link to another wiki by using a colon prefix and the language code, such as [[:de:foo]]. See the help page listed above for all the intricacies. Directly embedded links should be used sparingly. Acroterion (talk) 15:45, 10 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Infront Sports & Media, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors; and
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).

Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. John of Reading (talk) 13:49, 15 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Clnatinfront. We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Infront Sports & Media, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.

All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about following the reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.

If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:

  • Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
  • Be cautious about deletion discussions. Everyone is welcome to provide information about independent sources in deletion discussions, but avoid advocating for deletion of articles about your competitors.
  • Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
  • Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.

Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. --Orange Mike | Talk 17:24, 7 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only you. You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of what username you choose. If your username doesn't represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you. Request reason:

I originally created the page I am attempting to edit with this user name and it was published and accepted by the Wikipedia community and fellow editors as well as being rated with a C class. I am aware that the UserName in question contains the company name of the page I'm attempting to edit but it was not created for promotional purposes and was not raised as an issue when the page was originally created. As I originally used this name to create the page, I thought it best to continue with it. All edits I have attempted to make are purly factual, neutral and I was providing verifiable references. The page in question is currently factually incorrect and requires an upate. The ownership of the company has changed and I was also providing references for other elements of the article that needed improvement due to requiring citations. I am happy to use the 'new' username I have created if that is what is advised but I want to be one hundred percent open and honest about the integrity behind my edits. I would rather the clnatinfront username is unblocked. If you can unblock the user name but advise I make edits to the page in question with this alternative I'm happy to do so. I fully respect the Wikipedia platform and do try to familiarise myself with all the rules - its a learning curve and I'm grateful for direction. Many thanks for advising me. Thank you HablasESport!121 (talk) 12:17, 8 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Editor has already created a new username, as is permitted. This account will not be unblocked due to username violations. Discussions about the article should take place on the article talkpage, not in unblock requests - the editor STILL must adhere to WP:COI and WP:PROMO - indeed, they should never be creating articles about an entity they are involved in. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
