USS Calvert
I resized the image of the ship to 300 pixels across, which seems to be the standard on US Navy ship articles. That fixed the problem with the table. And good work on the wikification of the article. Warning vandals
Thank you for reverting vandalism to Wikipedia. After you revert, I would recommend also warning the users whose edits you revert on their talk pages with an appropriate template or custom message. This will serve to direct new users towards the sandbox, educate them about Wikipedia, and a stern warning to a vandal may prevent him or her from vandalizing again. If I might make a suggestion: on this article, you reverted a {{hangon}} tag placed by an editor. Generally speaking, we don't revert out like that - even when the tags are obvious crap (which that one was), the editor gets the chance to defend the article to the (possibly) deleting editor. At this point, I don't think it's any big deal - that one's a clear delete - but I might think twice before doing that again. Philippe 01:51, 10 April 2007 (UTC)

Auto revert of Latymer Upper School
Hi there- did you read the changes I made to the Latymer Upper school page? I thought all edits made were very reasonable as some of the text warranted a change. I tried to make the text read in a more objective manner as opposed to the free advert style which is unfortunately so prevalent on wikipedia. I am the person who set up the page you are accusing me of vandalizing. Because it had neutrality issues (I work for the organization that I was writing about), I figured it was best deleted. I asked how to delete the page and received this comment from WikiDan61:

Basically all this trouble started over a misconstrued amendment I made on Mark Van Bommel’s page. All I ask for is two things: 1. That the edit I want to make will not get deleted 2. I have my slate wiped clean
That statement in question is with regards to Mark Van Bommel and his supposed “unlimited energy”. I mean, in Christs name, how can a human being have energy that is “unlimited”; it is ridiculous!

OK, I'll bite. I've very little idea why I received this. The only edit I ever made on that article was to stubsort it, which is hardly the sort of thing that would require me to be notified of its afd'edness. AfD notification is likely best given only to those who've made significant contribution to an article. So thanks for the notification, but it wasn't really needed!
